No one was surprised when it was announced that Putin won by a mile. Listening to his speech after was also as expected; mostly complete fiction and paranoia, his own imagined narrative rather than any actual facts. He lies with such ease that I wonder about the psychology of his mental processes. He's not a sane man and he definitely doesn't "get" that the West isn't against Russia at all, they are against Putin and what he stands for. The exit poll is very interesting!
