Since the dawn of man humanity has always wanted to explore; I think it's natural to want to understand and learn more and know what is beyond our imagination. The problem is that we haven't evolved enough to match our aspirations. Maturity isn't something all humans are blessed with. I also believe that what we think we know is soley based on the facts and knowledge of physics that we have, on what we understand now. Physics might not be quite the same in all the universes, or biology for that matter. We have a long long way to go in development and are probably thought of being primitive in the world of aliens ;)
