I have always been surprised how war can get along with Christian values in the same mind.

It's a sobering cartoon! These days many developed and educated countries don't shoot dissidents (or pacifists and conscientious objectors) but sadly it does still happen.

The current "management" in our host's home country has no use for such enlightenment. Never did, really, given their history.

However, in February 1917, the soldiers, who were forced to go to war in the same way, decided that it would be easier to overthrow the monarch.

By the end of that war, a number of monarchies had ceased to exist.
